Welcome to Nutrition by Tactifit (the "App" or "Service"), an AI-driven application developed by Tactifit Inc. ("Tactifit," "we," "us," or "our"). The App provides hyper-advanced artificial intelligence-powered tools, recommendations, analyses, and insights related to nutritional items, including but not limited to food tracking, meal planning, dietary suggestions, nutritional profiling, ingredient breakdowns, calorie estimations, macronutrient distributions, micronutrient evaluations, allergen identifications, personalized nutrition plans, and any other nutrition-related features (collectively, the "Services"). Our AI algorithms process vast datasets to generate customized outputs based on user inputs such as dietary preferences, health goals, activity levels, biometric data, and environmental factors.
By accessing, downloading, installing, using, or registering for the App (whether on mobile devices, web platforms, or any other medium), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this User Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Tactifit. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the App and uninstall or delete it from your device(s).
This Agreement incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy (available at www.tactifit.com/privacy), which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, this Agreement shall prevail.
